This  face toner is formulated with hydroxy acids to gently exfoliate skin of dead cells, and botanical extracts of witch hazel, rosemary, aloe, and chamomile to soften, soothe, and tone skin.

Usage & Details : Apply a small amount of this exfoliating toner onto a cotton ball and smooth over cleansed face, neck and chest areas.
